Bit of a small shop which makes it quite difficult when it’s busy but staff are incredibly accommodating and efficient nonetheless. You can get ice cream and hot chocolate too which is a plus, with the pick and mix being the highlight - a rather exciting special occasion for visiting was the pick and mix advent calendar. Unfortunately the white chocolate and mango flavours weren’t available in this store but every other flavour was so not too disappointing. Very satisfied overall, will be returning.

It was a amazing experience the different kinds of chocolate flavours were awesome you can pick 25 different flavours btw.They also offer shakes and Ice creams which were the best I ever had. The service was really friendly and the atmosphere was really nice aswell.

It's like a mini Wonka store🤩 There are so many variety of Lindt chocolates to choose from! 😍 The vibes in the store 💯 Staff were very lovely and welcoming! 💯 I can't wait to go back again!

We have been going here since the past 2 years and everytime we visit we do make a purchase. Here you find the chocolate options that you can't find anywhere else, such as the truffles, novelty bars etc. Even if you want to buy the traditional Lindt chocolates they are at a price that are cheaper than what you could see at a Waitrose. They started to also sell hot chocolate and ice cream around springtime 2023. I tried the hot chocolate recently during a cold wet rainy weekend and I felt so happy as I am very particular about the hot chocolate I consume. The chocolate mouth feel was just right and wasn't too milky. The lady at the counter recommended the normal version as it is less sweet compared to the hazelnut option. I will definitely try their ice cream next time. I can say that I would recommend this store to anyone who do love Lindt. I always buy a big batch for ourselves and for my extended family.

During my recent visit to Lindt, I experienced disappointment. As I waited for my order, I picked up a chocolate bar with the intention of paying alongside my complete order. Surprisingly, Joshua, a staff member, failed to notice my initial grab. Later, when I asked him to add the chocolate bar to my order, he responded poorly, even threatening police involvement and creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. This unexpected behavior was especially disheartening coming from a well-known brand like Lindt. It highlights the need for improvements in their hiring and training processes to ensure a better overall customer experience. I wouldn't recommend this particular location, especially for those seeking a pleasant interaction. Joshua's response, both to the initial oversight and my later request, involved giving me a moral lesson and belittling the entire experience.

I am a longstanding customer of this shop since it opens. I always use my loyalty card for stamps and offers etc. today I went to buy gift boxes around 2pm at LDO shop in Wembley. I spent £68.50. While at till I realised that I left my loyalty card at home. So I asked the gentleman (Leo…) is it possible if I keep today’s receipt and next time when I come with my loyalty card and the receipt, you stamp it ? He was so rude . Straight away he said how can I stamp your card while it is at home? I said please listen what I am saying. Then he said sorry we have stopped the loyalty cards. When I asked from when? He ignored me at went to his colleague on other till and asked for rate list. I said it’s very unprofessional that I am asking something from you and you just ignored me like this. He said “don’t be aggressive . I can’t do this. In the meantime another staff came (probably listened our conversation) . She was very polite (as always all staff is). Then he totally changed and said I will stamp your receipt and next time we will stamp your card. I didn’t say anything. I paid the money. He stamped the receipt and while handing over to me he said “ you calm down” ??? I didn’t say a single word and left the shop. The details of my receipt are ; 2.12.23; 02:17pm ; UK07; 101; 104000183 This staff member definitely needs customer service training. He is really rude and unprofessional, which is totally not acceptable.
